    • Data is stored securely in Amazon Web Services with region set to Frankfurt.
    • We take reasonable steps to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

  5. Third Parties

    • Supabase acts as our data processor for storage and authentication.
    • We do not share data with other third parties, except where required by law.
    • If the app contains links to external sites (e.g. gift suggestions), their own privacy policies apply.

  6. Your Rights (GDPR)

    You have the right to:

    • Delete your account and all data (“Right to be Forgotten”)
    • Request a copy of your data (“Data Portability”)

    You can delete your account directly in the app or by contacting us.

    Our service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use the app.

  8. Data Retention

    We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is removed.

    If a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify both you and the relevant authorities in accordance with GDPR.
